My Approach

No two cases — or clients — are exactly alike.

I take the time to understand each client’s goals, explain the legal process in understandable terms, and develop a strategy designed around their individual needs and circumstances.

Legal representation should be collaborative, transparent, and grounded in trust.

My goal is to provide clients with not only strong advocacy, but also the knowledge and confidence to navigate difficult legal situations with clarity.

About Bradley

I believe effective legal representation begins with understanding.

Clients should not feel overwhelmed, confused, or left in the dark about their own legal matters. My approach focuses on clear communication, thoughtful legal strategy, and helping clients understand both the law and the practical realities of their case.

Over the course of my legal career, I have handled complex family court matters, criminal proceedings, appellate litigation, and government legal work. These experiences have provided me with a broad understanding of how the legal system operates — and how important it is for clients to have an attorney who listens carefully and communicates clearly.

I understand that legal issues are often deeply personal and highly stressful. Whether someone is facing a custody dispute, criminal allegations, or an appeal, they deserve honest guidance, individualized attention, and a legal strategy tailored to their specific goals and circumstances.

Experience

I am licensed to practice law in New York and Florida and have spent nearly a decade working in both public service and private practice roles.

My professional experience includes:

  • Assistant Public Defender in Fulton County
  • Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County
  • Principal Attorney for the Fulton County Department of Social Services
  • Associate Attorney with Cordell & Cordell

This background has allowed me to work on a wide range of legal matters involving family law, criminal law, appeals, child welfare proceedings, and civil litigation.

Education

I graduated from Galway Central School District and began my college education through the early admission program at Fulton-Montgomery Community College while still in high school. I later earned:

  • A.A. in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences, Fulton-Montgomery Community College
  • B.A. in Politics and History, SUNY Potsdam
  • Juris Doctor, Stetson University College of Law

While attending SUNY Potsdam, I served on the Galway Central School Board of Education, becoming one of the youngest elected school board members in New York State at the time of my election. That experience sparked my interest in public service, law, and advocacy.
